When life gives you time, make timeonade.

I could do so much with that much thyme on my hands…

Your username + timeonade = now Timebomb by Rancid plays in my head
I see the validity in this, but I think a big reason for it is that right now I’m so exhausted constantly that I need a significant amount of recovery time before I can actually do those things I want to.
Yeah, it took half of my 2 week break before I had enough energy to start working on cleaning the garage.
I could get so much done if I just had the time.
please

I’m in this picture and I don’t like it.
Hi Life!
Now kiss!
After four weeks of holidays (with family, so not entirely stress free, also Christmas time lol) I’ve actually picked up a guitar again after years of not touching an instrument. That’s after being able to exercise most days, which I usually don’t have any energy for. So maybe the bag of time is just not big enough yet.
When my son was born, I had 3 months of parental leave.
The first month was spent just recuperating from work and taking care of my first one. After the first month of sleeping better and not having the stress of work, I started esting a lot better and training and lost 50 pounds in 2 months because I had the time and energy to cook well.
Over the last two years, I’ve gained back 30 pounds because my 2 years old doesn’t sleep and my job is stressful.
So I feel what you said.
Nono, I can get a LOT done if I have something else I REALLY need to be doing (like work) ill get 5 other projects done while worrying about the work im supposed to actually be doing!
On days off, I dont have that motivation and overwhelming choice
I said could not would
In the time I got fired, I finished my learning stack, and had it set up by the time I had work, but then I needed money xD
I thought I’d get so much done with my 5 days of use-or-lose PTO by using it up for Ano Perineum, but, here I sit on Dec 31, a day and a half left, having done just about nothing but play video games. I said I wouldn’t feel bad if that’s what happened, but now it’s like the Sunday scaries are setting in on the year
Sometimes you need to play video games. winnieThePooh.jpg
