For me i’d say vocaloid when i was younger. No clue about now, maybe some russian songs like igorek.
Entire Kpop. If I understood any of it I’d probably hate it.

Pizza Hey! Pizza Hey!
yeah. a whole lot. the one i wish i understood the most was mc solaar. he has amazing flow but i have no idea what hes saying
Iirc Ramstein and E Nomine were basically my gateway drug that led me to symphonic metal.
Shit still slaps. No fucking clue what they’re saying, and no desire to change that: with no meaning in the lyrics, they just melt into the rest of the song as one of the ‘instruments’.
Almost ny whole music library.
Anything that isn’t my native language or in english I don’t understand and that’s literally about 50% of library of songs that I listen to
Mdou Moctar’s discography
Kpop, kr&b, jpop, jrock, rammstein, panzerballett.
A Million Possibilities by Christine Welch.
Also, a hell of a lot of Rammstein.
Train Train by Blue Hearts
My entire jpop playlist.
I mostly enjoy viking metal, and while I understand Norwegian and Swedish on a conversational level, Finnish is completely beyond me. Still love their music.
In recent history: Moola Prayer by Sudha & Maneesh De Moor, it’s Hindi I believe, and playing in my yoga studio during meditation sessions.
And speaking of Hindi, there’s Bloodywood, a great metal band from India, that has a few songs entirely in Hindi, and some bilingual ones (English/Hindi). Ajj is one of my favorites, the video is also epic.
Mine was “mundian to bach ke” by Punjabi MC which I think is also Hindi? Not sure tbh
I don’t know the lyrics to any of my foreign songs lol. Mostly listen to kneecap, molchat doma, and kino
This song by Slot. I know nothing about the band except that they’re Russian so I’ve always been a tiny bit worried I was actually listening to some anthem singing the glories of the Putin regime.
Not wholly accurate to say I don’t know the lyrics, as I’ve since gone through and found a translation, but it’s not at the fore of my mind while listening. Lo Vi by Amanda Miguel (particularly this live performance) is a stunner of a song.
I just check the translation these days, that’s how I know when something in German is a masterpiece.
edit: Igorrr is a kind of outlier pertinent to this discussion, most songs are in an invented nonsense language, the human voice is literally just a musical instrument, here. And I discovered I enjoy it immensely, even approximating the syllables in the shower like a demented Pavarotti.
Fishmaster.
