There was a house near where I grew up that was 3/4 under ground. Only the front facing wall was exposed. They claimed almost zero ac/heat costs unless it was just extreme heat/cold. It was hilarious to see them mow the top of the house

Explain to slower citizens plzthe caption is alluding to the phrase “living under a rock” which figuratively means “isn’t up to date with what’s going on”…
so the caption says they didn’t hear about whatever the person is talking about because they’re literally living under a rock.
