You and I have a very different idea of what “indica” implies.
Cannabis indica and Cannabis sativa are two types, or strains, of the cannabis plant.
For others, like me, who had no idea.
Where indica simply refers to the plant’s first collection (by Lamarck) in India and sativa means cultivated in Latin. Loads of plants have some conjugation of this species name:
Allium sativum (garlic)
Coriandrum sativum (coriander / cilantro)
Crocus sativus (saffron crocus)
Cucumis sativus (cucumber)
Eruca sativa (rocket / arugula)

I wouldn’t even deny that in a sense my views on “race” and gender are extremist, even if my first thought was the same.
Like, “it doesn’t matter people are individuals” is pretty much by definition on the extreme end.
(Well there’s also “it sadly did matter in the past and even if we instantly stopped all racism and sexism the results will linger so we should see what we can do to get closer to actual equality faster” but that seems like a different axis, even if to conservatives it probably seems “more extreme”)
I’d argue trump checks several of these boxes.

Conspiracy theory time, I think it’s vague like that on purpose. It’s like fucking horoscopes, written so you read what you want it to mean. It’s preying on the poor reading skills of the illiterate, and half of American adults can’t read at middle school level.
If that’s a conspiracy theory, I guess I’m a conspiracy theorist now. “Terrorist” as context in legal wording carries a lot of weight, and can be used to bypass due process. When everyone is legally defined as a terrorist, the powers that be can make anyone, citizen or not, disappear at any given time without any public notation. I can’t imagine any legitimate reason for this to be written as law the way it is, there is no “proper” place for a law worded like this to be used outside of a dictatorship.
