I think this is cool. Many of these are accessible and cheap. Most of these are “do you get out of the house and spend time on something” which is obvious. Looks like most hobbies are attractive, like even anime and cosplay have 1 out of 4 women who is into that and finds it attractive.
I also love the huge correlation between the top 15 and what men think is the top 15, the main difference is that men didn’t think hobbies were attractive enough.
I’d love to see the reversed list for what men think are attractive hobbies for a woman!

Hobby cooking and cooking to survive are very different things. Also, are you under the impression that gardening and lawn mowing are the same?
If you cook, you cook for a purpose, you don’t throw food away just because you’ve cooked for the sake of cooking, you eat it, or serve it to someone else to eat. In the end it’s a chore fulfilled still.
And lawn mowing is a part of gardening, just as pruning flowers and dealing with seedlings is. Sincerely, what do you think gardening is? Vegetables and fruit trees? No, as a hobby and chore it’s so much more than that. If you own a garden you want it to be presentable in at least some capacity, that requires taking care of it by planting bushes, trimming them, dealing with pests, seeding new grass if a heatwave destroyed it, etc.
All my hobbies are chores I choose to do. 😔

Any women here who can give insight on why woodworking is attractive? I thought my hands would be too grimy with sharpening grit, everything covered in chips and shavings and my hands covered in scars for it to be considered attractive.
